Process
Unit injector repair — step by step
Every unit injector goes through a standardised testing and repair process — from intake to the final measurement. You receive a complete test report and a warranty.

Intake & visual inspection
Condition is documented, serial number recorded.

Ultrasonic cleaning
Deposits and contamination are removed completely.

Test bench diagnostics
Injection quantity, opening pressure and switching behaviour are measured to VW specifications.

Repair
Wear parts, nozzles and seals are replaced to manufacturer specifications.

Final test
& report
Second measurement on the test bench, test report issued, warranty on all work.

DORPAT Multi-Cam — test bench for unit injectors
Specialised diagnostic test bench for unit injectors (UIS) and unit pumps (UPS). Variable cam lift allows all common PD designs to be tested — from VW/Audi 1.9 and 2.0 TDI to Bosch and Delphi unit injectors in commercial vehicles. All measurements are taken electronically to manufacturer test plans.

Every repair at INP Dieseltechnik is fully documented. You receive a detailed test report with all measured values — before and after the repair. This gives you and your customer a clear, verifiable basis.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY SERVICE
You remove the units — we take care of the rest.
Workshops and companies can use our collection and delivery service. We collect the units directly from you — daily in Vienna & the surrounding area within a 25 km radius. Shipping throughout Austria by DHL and UPS is also available.

We carry out full test bench diagnostics, repair and cleaning. A detailed test report is produced for every unit.
Return delivery
The repaired and tested units are delivered straight back to you — including the test report and a warranty on all work carried out.

Common questions about unit injector repair
Which VW models are supported?
We work with unit injectors from all common VW, Audi, Seat and Škoda models with PD engines — Golf, Passat, Touran, Touareg, Transporter T5 and others. Commercial vehicle variants are also possible — please state the engine code with your enquiry.
How long does the repair take?
Usually 1–2 working days from arrival to dispatch. For urgent cases we offer a 24-hour express service — please state this with your enquiry. Workshops with regular volumes arrange fixed collection dates.
Do I get a quotation?
Yes, always. After the intake diagnostics you receive a clear quotation — the repair only begins once you have approved it. If a repair is not possible, you pay the diagnostics fee only.
What happens if the unit can no longer be repaired?
If testing shows that a repair is not sensible, we inform you immediately. You pay the diagnostics fee only. On request we can advise on sourcing a replacement unit.
Is the collection service chargeable?
For trade customers the collection service in Vienna and Lower Austria (25 km radius) is generally included — we clarify the details individually. Outside this area we arrange shipping by DHL or UPS throughout Austria and internationally.
