Process
Industrial injector repair — step by step
Every enquiry is assessed individually. Where a repair is technically viable, each injector goes through our standardised testing and repair process.

Enquiry & technical assessment
You describe the equipment, manufacturer and fault. We assess technical feasibility and come back to you with an evaluation.

Intake & cleaning
Once approved, the injector is cleaned and given an initial visual inspection.

Test bench diagnostics
Injection quantity, opening pressure and return quantity are measured to manufacturer specifications.

Repair
Wear parts and seals are replaced where available and adjusted to specification. Where a part cannot be sourced, we tell you before any work starts.

Final test
& report
Second measurement, test report issued, warranty on all work carried out.

TRIUMF — 4-channel CR injector test bench with HEUI support
The TRIUMF tests Common Rail and HEUI injectors from cars, trucks, construction machinery and stationary industrial units. Four channels at once, manual and manufacturer-specific test plans, full coding support for Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens/VDO.

How do I know whether you can test my injector?
Send us a short enquiry with the manufacturer, model and fault description. We assess technical feasibility and answer honestly — including when an injector falls outside our scope.
Is there a fixed price?
No — industrial injectors are costed individually. After the intake diagnostics you receive a clear quotation, and the repair only begins once you have approved it.
What happens if the injector cannot be repaired?
If testing shows that a repair is impossible or not economically sensible, we inform you immediately. You pay the diagnostics fee only.
How long does processing take?
Standard industrial injectors in 2–5 working days. Rare designs or parts sourcing can take longer — you receive a realistic timeframe after the initial test.
Can injectors be sent in?
Yes — shipping by DHL or UPS throughout Austria and internationally. Collection in Vienna and the surrounding area by arrangement. Pack securely with sufficient padding.
