Process
Step by step
Every injector goes through a standardised testing and repair process — from intake to the final measurement on the test bench. You receive a complete test report and a warranty on the work carried out.

Intake & visual inspection
Condition is documented, serial number recorded.

Ultrasonic cleaning
Deposits and contamination are removed completely.

Test bench diagnostics
Injection quantity, opening pressure and return quantity are measured to manufacturer specifications.

Repair
Wear parts, nozzles and seals are replaced and adjusted.

Final test
& report
Second measurement on the test bench, test report issued, warranty on all work.

Every repair at INP Dieseltechnik is documented in full. You receive a detailed test report with all measured values — before and after the repair. This gives you and your customers complete transparency on the condition of each injector.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY SERVICE
You remove the injectors — we take care of the rest.
Workshops and companies can use our collection and delivery service. We collect the injectors directly from you — daily in Vienna & the surrounding area within a 25 km radius. Shipping throughout Austria by DHL and UPS is also available.

We carry out full test bench diagnostics, repair and cleaning. A detailed test report is produced for every injector.
Return delivery
The repaired and tested injectors are delivered straight back to you — including the test report and a warranty on all work carried out.

What our customers ask most often
How long does it take to repair an injector?
Usually 1–2 working days from arrival to dispatch. Faster with the 24-hour express service — please state this with your enquiry. Workshops with regular volumes arrange fixed collection dates.
Do I get a quotation before the repair?
Yes, always. After the intake diagnostics you receive a clear quotation — the repair only begins once you have approved it in writing. There are no hidden costs. If an injector cannot be repaired, we invoice the diagnostics only.
What happens if the injector can no longer be repaired?
If testing shows that a repair is technically unviable or impossible, we inform you immediately. In that case you pay the diagnostics fee only — no further costs. On request we can also advise you on sourcing a replacement injector.
Is there a warranty on the work carried out?
Yes. We provide a warranty on all repair work carried out at INP Dieseltechnik. Every repair is additionally documented with a complete test report — with measured values before and after the repair. This gives you clean evidence to show your own customers.
Do you also collect in other federal states?
Our daily collection routes cover Vienna and Lower Austria up to 25 km. From other federal states you can send your injectors by DHL, UPS or courier service — we process the enquiry on the day it arrives and come back to you with a quotation.
Is the collection service chargeable?
For trade customers the collection service in Vienna & the surrounding area (25 km radius) is generally included — we clarify the details individually with your enquiry. For customers outside this area we arrange shipping by DHL or UPS throughout Austria and internationally.
