GR-7400 — Injector nozzle grinding machine
The GR-7400-Machine for sharpening needles of atomizers and other bodies of rotation.
The machine is controlled using PWM regulators.
The spindle speed and workpiece rotation speed are adjusted via rotary knobs located on the control panel. The rotation speed is displayed as a percentage.
The brightness of the lower backlight for the rotating workpiece is adjusted using a rotary knob located on the upper section of the control panel.
The control panel features a main power switch and three individual switches for each motor drive and the lower backlight lamp.
On the rear side of the machine housing, there is a 220V power inlet connector, two 220V power outlets, and a 12V connector for connecting a monitor.
On the front side of the machine housing, there is a 12V connector for connecting the drive motor power cable for rotating workpieces.
The DL-GR7400 grinding machine can be used with the following kits:
- DL-UNI20025 — Kit with 14 MP VGA / HDMI microscope with backlight, monitor, and stand;
- DL-UNI20026 — Kit with 38 MP 1080P Full HD microscope (HDMI / USB);
- DL-UNI20027 — Kit with 38 MP 1080P Full HD microscope (HDMI / USB);
- DL-UNI20030 — Kit with 14 MP USB / HDMI microscope.
Each kit includes:
- Industrial digital microscope;
- holder;
- Upper backlight;
- Monitor.
