Four injectors. One run. No compromises.
The TRIUMF test bench allows simultaneous function testing and coding of up to four Common Rail injectors under realistic high-pressure conditions — with a system pressure of up to 2,400 bar and manufacturer-specific test plans for all common CR systems.
The PC-based software controls pump speed, injection parameters and rail pressure measurement fully automatically. A multi-channel electronic measuring system records injection quantity, return quantity and dynamic behaviour — without measuring cylinders, with the highest repeat accuracy.
Integrated cooling and heating circuits keep the test fluid at a stable temperature even during long test cycles. All results are stored digitally and can be exported or printed as a test report.

The PUMA is a professional test bench for high-pressure fuel pumps in Common Rail systems. It reproduces real operating conditions and delivers precise, repeatable measurements of delivery rate, pressure build-up and system behaviour — the basis for any sound repair decision.
Manufacturer-specific limit values are stored and compared against the measured parameters in real time. Wear, leaks and pressure losses can be identified without ambiguity — no guesswork, with verifiable results.
The unit meets the requirements of the international standards ISO 4008/1 and ISO 4008/2 for static and dynamic test parameters.

The GS4-20 is a universal test bench for petrol injectors of all common designs — from direct-injection high-pressure systems (GDI, FSI) and port injectors (MPI/SPI) through to motorcycle, marine and LPG applications.
Fully automatic operation handles pressure control, flushing cycles and measurement without manual intervention. Precisely graduated measuring tubes with LED lighting make quantity deviations immediately visible. The integrated spray pattern chamber allows visual assessment of the injection pattern — a decisive criterion for consumption and emissions.
The iRF flushing circuit removes residues from the injector body after ultrasonic cleaning. An eRSO test checks resistance, short circuits and open circuits electrically.

Diagnostic test bench for unit injectors (UIS) and unit pumps (UPS)
Designed for the injection systems of all low and medium output diesel engines — from cars with VW/Audi PD engines and trucks from Scania, Iveco and Volvo through to agricultural and industrial applications.
The variable cam lift of the CamBox CB2 allows all common PD designs to be tested. All measurements are taken electronically to manufacturer test plans — no estimates, but repeatable data for every report.
