We collect your injectors directly, repair them at our test centre and deliver them back.

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or through the contact form on the website. Please state the vehicle make and model as well as the injector type.
Collection
A courier or one of our staff comes to you and collects the injectors. Shipping by DHL, UPS and other courier services is also possible.
Diagnostics & Repair
We carry out full test bench diagnostics, repair and cleaning. A detailed test report is produced for every injector.
Return delivery
The repaired and tested injectors are delivered straight back to you — including the test report and a warranty on all work carried out.

Questions about the collection service
How do I pack the injectors for shipping?
Pack the injectors securely in a sturdy box with sufficient padding. Protective caps or aluminium foil on the connections are recommended — this prevents contamination and impact damage in transit. If you have any questions, we are happy to help by phone or WhatsApp.
What does the collection service cost?
For workshops and trade customers in Vienna and Lower Austria the collection service is free from a certain order volume. For single orders or smaller volumes we charge a flat service fee — we clarify the details individually with your enquiry.
How long does the repair take?
Usually 1–3 working days from arrival to dispatch — depending on the injector type and the extent of the damage. For urgent cases we offer a 24-hour express service; please enquire in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I send in just a single injector?
Yes, we accept single injectors — there is no minimum order. Private submissions are also possible. For regular volumes we arrange fixed collection dates with workshops.
Do you also collect in other federal states?
Our daily collection routes cover Vienna and Lower Austria up to approx. 25 km. From other federal states you can send your injectors by DHL, UPS or courier service — we process the enquiry on the day it arrives.
Is an express service available?
Yes. For urgent cases we offer a 24-hour express service. Please enquire in advance by phone or WhatsApp so that we can check availability — express capacity can be limited when orders are already running.
